What Is Dream Body Private Fitness Coaching?

It simply is you having your own expert coach who can take you through the steps to getting your dream body.

Whether that means sculpted abs, toned legs, and a firm butt or a smaller waist, V-shaped body, and strong arms. I will walk you through the steps to get leaner, stronger, and energized.

I am committed to helping you reach your dream body whatever that means to you.

I use a straightforward scientific approach to help you make the kinds of lifestyle changes that will get you what you want.

What is Dream Body Private Training Like?

  • Step-by-step instruction on how to exercise using kettlebells and bodyweight.
  • Safety first – you won’t get hurt. If you are already hurt I will show you how to work around your injury.
  • Good challenging work – but not pain or strain.
  • Work at your own pace – fit or unfit you will progress as your body is ready.
  • Nutrition and lifestyle habit coaching – change your habits and you will get your dream body.
  • Fun, goofiness, and a warm-hearted environment.
  • Positivity and encouragement – this is a judgement-free zone.

Who is Private Training For?

  1. If you are new to kettlebells and want to learn the basics before moving on to the Small Group Kettlebell Training sessions.
  2. If you have joint pain, restricted range of motion or other conditions that need special attention.
  3. You prefer private instruction to being in a small group.
  4. You need nutrition and lifestyle coaching – getting lean is more about how you eat.
