Amazing quality. It performs as it should with none of the ergonomic problems I experienced with other kettlebells. For my first kettlebell purchase, I wanted a Dragon Door
but I was so excited that didn't want to wait for shipping and I figured I'd save a (insignificant) 20 bucks by going to a large, well-known sporting goods store and buying the ones they carry, manufactured by an
unspecialized company that makes all sort of miscellaneous exercise equipment. It took me a while to figure out that the extreme pain and bruising I was experiencing was not normal and was a result of the bell's design. By my fifth workout or so, I could no longer press this bell because instead of being round where it contacted my arm, it was pointed where they decided to make their logo large and flat. The handle was also designed bad. I ended up having to take the imitation bell back weeks after purchase without a receipt and demand they return my money. I then bought a Dragon Door and have been more than happy. I get excited to workout with this bell everyday.—Jake |

R-Phase
The R-Phase is where anyone new to Z-Health should begin. It builds the basic foundation of movement that is then refined later in I-Phase.
While I-Phase puts you into specific sport positions and provides a template for improving your athleticism in your sport, R-Phase teaches you the A, B, Cs of movement from neutral stance. This is important for rehabilitating old injuries, reeducating your body how to move and restoring lost joint function due to past injuries.
Spend at least 12 weeks on quality R-Phase work and then progress to the I-Phase where things really get tough!

I-Phase
Now that you have learned the A, B, Cs of movement by mastering R-Phase you should already have less aches and pains in your body, you should already feel looser and more athletic and should feel more relaxed in your daily life.
You are now ready to step it up with I-Phase.
I-Phase is the result of a 20+ year study of world champion athletes from a variety of sports. It puts you in the positions of these athletes teaches you to how to quickly incorporate their movement patterns into your body.
