Z-Health in action. Here is Hannah Cunliffe breaking the world record in the 100 meter and 200 meter sprints. Hannah is in lane 4... or the only white girl if that makes it easier. Hannah has worked with a Z-Health coach, Dr. Eric Cobb, doing some very specific drills, many of which are on the S-Phase DVD and many of which we do in my kettlebell/Z-Health fintess classes. You can see the results for yourself.
